About me.

I'm an information wrangler, visual storyteller, abstract thinker, clean coder, intuitive designer who values, research, ideation and collaboration. I have more than 20 years of experience in editorial print design and art direction. I've recently completed a post-baccalaureate three-year certification program at MCAD for Interactive Design and Marketing. I love to wear many hats, from project manager to illustrator.

I am seeking work that builds on my unique experience as both a creative thinker and an effective problem-solver. I also appreciate the value in continually learning new skills in order to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of interactive design.

I live in St. Paul, MN, with my husband and our 8-year-old son. In my spare time, I take language classes, volunteer at my son's school and work in the garden. I also love to travel — I've led painting workshops to France and received a state arts board grant to paint in Norway. My paintings can be found in collections around the Twin Cities as well as Gallery 360 in Minneapolis, MN.
